LEGO 75236 Duel on Starkiller Base

New little neat pack available in stores at the end of March. The set features a duel between Rey and Kylo Ren from The Force Awakens. Lego has created a scenery with trees and the two minifigures standing on rotating baseplates at the lightsaber duel. Price is set to €20.

Welcome to Apocalypseburg!

The set Welcome to Apocalypseburg, 70840, contains 3178 pieces and 12 minifigures among others Emmet, Lucy, Batman and Harley Quinn. They have built a new city with pieces of the old city. Half of the Staty of Liberty has been used and it looks awesome! There is a Café, a Scribble Cop’s office, an armory, a barber’s/tattoo parlor, Lucy’s hideout, Fuse’s workshop, a rooftop diner and a gym in the set. I think the designer video from Lego gives you a good picture of how they created this lego set.

70839 The Rexcelsior – The LEGO Movie 2

Lego revealed this new set at the Toy Fair London. It’s Rex’s ultimate new vehicle from the latest movie. The minifigures are Rex Dangervest and Emmet. You also get two micro minifigures with the same characters. This is a large set with 1826 pieces. Avaliable in summer of 2019.

Legoland driving school 40347

Lots of people have taken a driving license at Legoland. It’s great fun to drive around in Legoland traffic. Good to learn some about stop signs and how not to crash into other cars.

It’s now possible to buy your own Legoland driving school set. It will only be available at the Legoland shop. There are two small cars, some traffic lights and traffic signs and a Legoland map. It also includes four mini figures, two children, a woman with a camera and a driving school assistant.

Need some light in dark December with Lego Vestas Wind Turbine, 10268?

Want to build your own wind turbine and get some electricity? You can light up the cottage porch lights with this motorized Creator Expert build. Seems like a challenge, since many lego builders say it took them 19 hours to build. I like that the set have a few spruce trees which has been manufactured from sustainably sourced plant-based plastic. The Wind Turbine set comes with a hill, a house, a service truck and two technicians, a woman plus her dog. It’s about 1 meter high. A fun but necessary details are the aircraft warning lights.

Finally a new modular building, Corner Garage 10264

Lego Creator Expert has released the new upcoming modular building with 2569 parts. I think it looks a lot better than the last modular, the Downtown Diner.

This set is called the Corner Garage, 10264. On the ground level there’s a 1950s-style gas station with fuel pump, kiosk and a vehicle workshop with a roll-up door, at the mid-level an animal clinic and on the upper level you find a nice apartment with a rooftop terrace. It also includes a scooter, tow truck and 6 minifigures, plus some animals. I like the bunny best. The apartment is cosy and there is a fun angled wall at the vetrinarian. The tree outside has cool new leaf-pieces.

Incredible Lego Ideas Pop-Up Book!

The first pop-up book in lego is here! In the book you can build two fairy tale stories Little Red Riding Hood and Jack and the Beanstalk. The set includes the minifigures Little Red Riding Hood, Grandmother, the Wolf in a grandma’s nightgown, Jack and the Giant plus information about pop-up books, the fairy tales and the designers. The book is 28 cm wide when its opened.

Of course only your own imagination stops you to create your own stories!

New lego Overwatch sets

Now Blizzard also has shown the sets at BlizzCon. This means you can get your own picture of how the sets will look.

The six upcoming sets will be Tracer vs. Widowmaker, Hanzo vs. Genji, Dorado Showdown, D.Va & Reinhardt, a larger Bastion model and Watchpoint. The mini figures are unusually detailed.

First Lego Overwatch set ever

Lego showed one of the new Overwatch sets this week, 75987. It’s a robot which is built with bright orange bricks. He’s called Omnic Bastion and is accompanied by the friendly bird, Ganymede. You can move the arms and legs and fire a small sub machine gun in his right arm. If you want it, you need to be quick to buy it since it’s a limited edition.
