Bike stand

Lately many of the Lego sets I purchased contained a bike, like Pet Shop, Fun in the park, Fountain and High speed train. To keep track of the bikes I needed somewhere to park them. I got a great idea from the book ”Awesome Ideas” and I created a bike stand. On the picture you can see the result!

New Lego Ideas set

Lego has just presented a new Lego set from the theme Lego Ideas. It’s a one meter long rocket! I think the set looks pretty cool and it’s coming out in June.

New landmark for the city!

Assembly Square soon coming.

The Mayor has approved the building permit and allocated a large land area to the city largest building. The square will be a new landmark for the citizens. As you can see in the slide show Emmet is one of the builder and site manager for the project. You can from now on follow the development weekly!

Star Wars 40 years!

Can you believe it’s 40 years since the first Star Wars movie was released? I wasn’t even born. My connection with the theme is through Lego. After a period with Duplo and Lego City I started early to collect many Lego sets with Star Wars. From the 29th of April to the 6th of Maj Lego has many offers and happenings with the theme.  To all my Lego friends ”May the 4th be with you”!

Game set match

Today the big happening was the tennis match with one of the players from my own city. He is the guy with the red and white clothes. The streets were empty, everyone was at the exciting semifinal and so was I. Now I’m really looking forward to the final game!

Fire in the city

The firestation in my city got an alarm today about a roof fire at the Pet shop. The fire was large and widely spread, so the chief fire officer had to call in more fire vehicles. After some hard work and effort the team finally extinguished the fire.

Easter greetings!

I had a great time in London! There are so many things to do! It’s Bank Holiday in Great Britain, so the streets of London are crowded of people. My little sister, brother and I wish you all a great Easter! The egg is of course built of Lego and is exhibited at John Lewis on Oxford Street.

The art of the Brick exhibition – London

Had a great experience at The Art of the Brick yesterday! We spent three hours at the exhibition of contemporary artist Nathan Samaya, which is traveling around the world. He builds all the art models with lego bricks! If you will be in London I really recommend a visit! It stays in London until the 6th of  September.

Visit at the new London Lego Store

I’m in London for a week with my family! On the first day I had to check out the world’s largest new Lego Store at Leicester Square. This flagship store is an awesome place for a Lego fan with two stories decorated with many large Lego models, you can even step into a huge Lego Tube. I meet my friend David from our Lego group in Sweden and we had a great time. Today I’m on an other cool Lego mission…..
